Kuretake : Gansai Tambi Japanese Watercolor : Large Pan : Set of 5 Granulating Colors With Extra Empty Pan

Kuretake-Gansai Tambi Watercolor Sets are filled with traditional Japanese watercolors, ideal for artists, illustrators, and designers. The extra-large pans (4.5 x 2.5cm) are ideal for sketching, illustration, sumi-e, manga, calligraphy, and more. The high pigment density of Gansai Tambi Watercolors means they can be successfully applied on dark paper.

The range includes a broad choice of vivid, lightfast colors, all with a rich, creamy consistency. Apply a wet brush to the pans to activate the colors. Gansai pans may exhibit cracking due to extreme dryness or appear rough in texture due to tiny air bubbles, however, neither of these traits affects their quality and performance. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Non-toxic and lightfast.
