Blick Artists’ Acrylic Mediums offer a versatile way to modify paint consistency, finish, and transparency—perfect for students, educators, and studio artists. Gloss Medium contains the same professional-quality polymer binder found in Blick Artists’ Acrylic Paint, delivering a smooth, crystal-clear finish that enhances color vibrancy. Mix with paint for transparent glazes or use on its own as a gloss varnish or collage adhesive.

Matte Medium dries to a soft, non-reflective finish similar to casein or tempera. It’s excellent for reducing gloss in acrylic paints but is not recommended for use as a final varnish.
