The Books by Hand “Designed by Me” Just the Pieces Blank Book Kit gives makers the foundation for a custom handmade book without extra cover materials they may not use. It includes the pre-cut board and 24 ivory pages needed to make one 5-1/4" × 7-1/4" blank book, leaving the cover design completely up to you.

Use your own decorative paper, bookcloth, fabric, specialty paper, or inside cover lining to create a journal, junk journal, sketchbook, memory book, or handmade gift. It’s a practical choice for artists and paper crafters who already have materials in mind, want to match a specific project or palette, or prefer to build the finished book from their own papers and coverings.

Each kit includes the materials needed to make one 5-1/4" × 7-1/4" book with 24 ivory pages. To complete the project, you’ll need decorative paper, bookcloth, and inside cover lining, sold separately.
