The PanPastel Julia Woning Starter Kit contains everything you need to start exploring the potential of PanPastels.

PanPastel Colours are professional grade soft pastel colours packed in a unique pan format (cake-like) so that they can be mixed and applied like paint. They contain very little dust for a cleaner working environment.

Artist and teacher Julia Woning, is the author of the Workshop PanPastel Book which covers many basic techniques & tutorials for using PanPastel colours. Julia uses the 10 PanPastel colours in this kit for the painting, drawing and mixed media projects in her book.
